Many times we make mistakes. A cleint is late or misses an appointment entirely and we say things that are not polite. so what happens, we stop an a coffee chop we've never seen before and chat with the stranger in the next booth and he becomes a client with needs far greater than the guy who stood you up.
When things go bad, be glad.
