On Friday, Facebook will become the owner of the publishing rights to all of your private photographs.
Here is how to defear this,
Go to Account --> Account Settings --> Facebook Ads (this at the top of the page)
Then under Ads shown by third parties, click Edit third party settings
change Only my friends to No one and save your changes.
